Communication is the major activity of interpersonal environment. As technology and internet advance, the way of communicating between people improve continuously. Many researchers have researched the relationship between FTF and CMC. For this study, we want to discuss the effect of communication satisfaction by using mobile–mediated communication in the business environment.
From the result of this study, we can understand the gap of IM and E-mail. If the employees understand it before choosing media, they can get the better quality of communication. If the developers of communication software understand it, they can know what is communication software need to improve.
There are different characteristics of IM and E-mail. Maybe IM and E-mail will replace each other or will generate new media. Whatever, we predict we will use the new media on mobile phone or other mobile device. Mobile-mediated communication will replace computer-mediated communication and will become the new way of communicating. Users can communicate with others anytime and anywhere by using mobile–mediated communication. But it will also cause a lot of trouble and inconvenience to users. As information security issues after the progress derived from information technology and internet. The issues need company managers and government face and solve together.
