生活在現今繁忙的社會之中,各種壓力、負面情緒、文明病等如影隨形,常常因為這些心理因素而導致頭痛、胸悶等生理不適感,如何排除負面壓力、回歸正面能量是當今重要的課題之一。
本研究試圖以音樂作為渲染情緒的媒介,開發一套適性化樂曲播放系統。
實驗共招募了國內大學生共 29 人,系統依照受試者所填寫之情緒五點量表作為起始情緒,依照音樂情緒播放途徑自動選擇最適合的樂曲,連續播放三首音樂,希望能透過聆聽適合的音樂引導情緒至良好的身心狀態。同時使用心律大師腕式生理監視器來記錄各種生理數值、CRDI 連續紀錄主觀的正向、負向情緒值,用以分析音樂所造成的情緒變化與生理數據的關係。
研究主要在於了解各種情緒的音樂特質為何,系統是否能依照我們我預設的音樂播放途徑引導情緒。探討因為音樂所造成的情緒變化與生理數據是否相關。最後,比較性別、音樂偏好、以及音樂聆聽習慣是否會影響系統的成效。
研究結果發現,適性化樂曲播放系統確實可有效導引情緒至音樂播放途徑所預設的狀態,而不會因為性別而有所差異。而每分鐘心跳次數會因為受試者是否有每天聆聽音樂的習慣而有所差異,研究數據顯示,每天聽音樂者的每分鐘心跳次數顯著高於沒有此習慣者。分析路徑走勢時也觀察到,若連續使用情緒太過相近的音樂,導引情緒的效果也會大打折扣。


Nowadays, we live in the society surrounded with pressure, negative emotion, and Diseases of Affluence. These psychological factors cause physical discomfort such as headache, chest pain, and etc. How to relieve pressure and restore energy becomes an important issue.
There were 29 college students as subjects in this research. The investigator developed an adaptive music playing system which could sense subject’s current emotion via likert scale, and automatically generate a music playing queue. After listening three music pieces the system suggested, the individual would be elicited in a better physical and mental condition. Meanwhile, ANSwatch monitored and recored individual’s physiological data to be analysized the effects among music features, emotional, and physical responses. CRDI also continuely recorded subject’s subjective positive and negative emotion.
Investigator tried to find out what the music feature is in emotions. Can system elicit the emotion via the music playing route? Discovered the relationship between music emotion and physical responses. Finally, observe the system effect of gender, music preference, and music listening habit.
The results of this research showed that Adaptive music playing system could successfully lead the subject’s emotion to what the investigator expected. Gender effect wasn’t significant for subjects’ perception. Music listening habit did influence heart rate. People with frequent music listening had higher heart rate in the range of normal value than those who without frequent music listening. The findings indicated that continually playing the music pieces with similar emotions in this system could cause less mood change.
