本論文是以哈佛個案形式探討台灣電子代工設計廠在跨足醫療領域的系統
軟體代理與開發時所面對的各種情境與困難。在台灣或甚至亞州地區的醫療生技
產業日趨受到重視下，許多大型企業公司紛紛投入資源發展其相關領域與市場。
但在舊有醫療軟體市場已經對成熟與飽和的情況下，新進企業如何透過運用諸多
如管理策略、知識管理、專案管理等相關理論與方法，協助公司解決諸多在企業
轉型過程中所遭遇的問題。
個案主要分為個案本文與教學指引兩個部分。個案本文將透過描述在此個案
中台灣某知名電子廠的實際經驗，引領學員了解企業實際發生的狀況以及處理方
式。而在教學指引部分將引入知識面的理論，由理論中尋求實務上的分析並驗證，
以期望在學理與實際中能互相影響與輔助。也同時引發學員思考方式，從不一樣
的觀點中找出各種可用的解決方案。

This thesis explores the various situations and difficulties faced by a Taiwan's electronics company when it enters to systematic software agency in the medical field. With the dramatic increasing emphasis on medical and biotechnology industries in Taiwan, or even in Asia, many large-scale enterprises have invested resources to develop their related markets. However, in the case that the old medical software market has matured and saturated, how new companies can solve the problems encountered in the transition process by applying a variety of related theories and methods such as management strategies, knowledge management, and project management. The case study adopted Harvard case-based teaching method, which includes two parts: case study and teaching guide. The study takes a case from GP company, a well-known electronic factory in Taiwan. The case discussed the recent challenges the company faced internally and externally and thus can be used in campus to guide students to learn on the topics including project management, knowledge management, and strategy management by analyzing the situation of the case solutions from the different point of view.
