本文第一部份利用天然植物茜草、福木所萃取出的染液對棉織物進行染色,改變植物萃取液的pH 值和染色時間,嘗試找出天然染料對棉織物染色之最適化條件,以及利用銅、鐵、錫、鋁四種不同之金屬離子進行媒染處理,藉以了解金屬絡合作用對棉織物染色性質及色相的變化並探討其染色效果及染色堅牢度之優劣,經實驗結果得知經過金屬絡合處理後,在色相上皆有所改變;此外植物萃取染料經金屬絡合處理後可提升染色後之固色效果及染色堅牢度。第二部份使用幾丁聚醣粉末當作染料載體,以機械攪拌方式經螯合反應形成染色幾丁聚醣粉末,並探討其物理性質、熱性質與抗菌性、耐紫外光性能等之影響。從實驗的結果可知,以幾丁聚醣粉末吸附天然染料在其各項重要性質測試如抗菌性、抗紫外光測試及保溼性均有良好表現,未來希望在染色及化妝品應用面上能有更進一步的研究發展。
The first part of this research we use the dye liquor extracted from madder and Common Garcinia to dye cotton, we change the pH value of dye liquor and dyeing time trying to find out the optimized condition of plant dyes on cotton.
Moreover, we treated the dyed cotton with various metal ions and
mordant consistency in the mordant procedure to probe into the effects of mordant relations to the dyeing properties and the variation of the shade of the cotton. Furthermore, we found that plant dyes could advance the effectiveness with metal compounds, and the dyeing fastness could be improved, too.
The second part of this research we use chitosan powder as dyes carrier,and stir mechanically to produce dyed chitosan powder and to study on effects of physical properties、thermal properties、antibacterial ability and resistance to UV light。 We found that dye plants adsorbing chitosan has good performance of antibacterial ability、good resistance to UV light and high moisture maintenance by the results of this experiment.
We hope for further development in dye and cosmetic applications in the future.
