在這篇論文中,個人將使用飛利浦公司的BFG425W NPN電晶體來設計微波放大器與微波峰值檢測器。利用此電晶體的高頻特性,設計4GHz放大器並使其在0.6~4GHz均有10dB以上的順向增益。此電晶體的B-E接面使微波峰值檢測器能具有高速反應的特性。因此OP放大器使訊號能直接由電表將數值讀出。
In this thesis, transistor produced by Philips will be applied to design microwave amplifier and microwave peak-value detector. We design 4GHz amplifier to obtain the forward gain over 10dB at the band of 0.6GHz~4GHz for the excellent high-frequency performance. B-E junctions of the transistors can make microwave peak-value detector response rapidly. Normalized values of signals can be read directly from the voltameter by the utilization of OPA.
