近年來因氣候變遷所造成的影響,全球各地災害不斷發生,人們開始從本質上思考人類與環境的互動關係,也開始啟動整合各個層面之具體行動。而氣候變遷造成的災難可預期的有生態系統瓦解、用水安全、糧食缺乏、健康威脅、海平面上升、區域性水患問題等。本研究針對人類生存空間威脅性較大之海平面上升以及區域性水患問題加以探討,人類面對海平面上升以及區域性水患問題,一直是以被動甚至是逆來順受的態度,並沒有主動且從根本解決海平面上升及區域性水患的對應策略,且因環境變遷所造成之海平面上升及城市水患問題加劇,被動已不是面對環境變遷應有的正面態度。因此,本研究透過從建築設計概念著手,提出因應環境變遷創新建築設計策略。首先,研究將以文獻回顧以及案例分析建構基礎,加上創新建築思維的導入,並研提因應環境變遷造成之災害之創新建築設計策略,藉由參與建築設計競圖所進行之實證探討,建立因應環境變遷創新建築設計策略。研究內容包括以環境變遷及永續建築為背景,細探環境變遷造成之影響與對應的方法以及從設計本質上透過一些手法,企圖降低建築產生溫室氣體的排放。並從建築生命周期的角度,研討如何達到與環境共生,最後建立可供設計提案或學習階段之設計操作策略。
In recent years, due to climate change caused by the impact of disasters of all over the world, people began thinking about interaction between humans and the environment essentially started the integration at all levels of the specific action. Disasters of climate change could cause collapse of ecosystems, water security, food security, health threats, sea level rise, urban flooding problems as well as cultural loss. This study focuses greater threat to human living space of sea level rise and urban flooding problems. Regarding living space corresponding disaster, people has always been a passive (embankment) even submissive way to deal with, but also no clear initiative due should correspond to the strategy, thus, more intense disasters caused by environmental changes. Therefore, the passive is not the way for environmental changes, but a positive attitude is necessary. Consequently, this study will review the literature and case studies based on innovative architectural thinking, and design strategies in response to climate changes. As the results, the concept was verified by participating the design competitions for validation of the design strategy. The study includes the context of environmental changes and sustainable building, to explore the impact of environmental changes caused corresponding, design method to solve the greenhouse gases generated by the buildings. From the view point view of the building life cycle, this study try to find the possibility of symbiosis with the environment. Finally, the establishment of the design operating strategies is proud to be available for the design stages of learning.
