隨著科技進步和時代潮流的快速變化,特別是在5G通訊和物聯網 (IoT) 技術成熟的背景下,工業4.0時代正逐漸向到來並化為現實。這些技術為企業帶來了高效率而且靈活的生產方式,推動各行各業邁向智能化和自動化的生產。本論文將探討M公司倉儲物流中心轉型的個案研究,重點闡述如何將傳統倉儲物流轉型為智慧倉儲物流。
作為一家全球知名的工業電腦和通信設備銷售企業,M公司深知要想擴大經營規模並滿足未來的出貨需求,就必須改進公司的內部素質。特別是倉儲物流這一塊領域,要因應未來的挑戰解決方案便是將公司的倉儲物流系統融入工業4.0和物聯網 (IoT) 的應用。M公司的倉儲物流中心在轉型過程中,導入自動化設備,並結合資訊管理系統,從而實現從傳統作業模式向智慧倉儲物流的轉變。
在本論文中,我們將深入剖析M公司倉儲物流中心轉型過程中所採取的策略和措施,以及所遇到的瓶頸和困境。透過詳細說明M公司如何利物聯網技術及自動化設備之間的軟、硬體的結合來提高倉儲管理效率、減少人工操作錯誤,本研究旨在為其他企業倉儲物流中心轉型提供有意義的借鑒和啟示。
With the rapid advancement of technology and changing trends, especially against the backdrop of mature 5G communication and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, the Industry 4.0 era is gradually coming and becoming a reality. These technologies have brought efficient and flexible production methods to enterprises, driving various industries towards intelligent and automated production. This paper will explore a case study of the transformation of the warehouse logistics center of Company M, focusing on how to transform traditional warehouse logistics into intelligent warehouse logistics.
As a globally renowned industrial computer and communication equipment sales enterprise, Company M understands that to expand its business and meet future shipping needs, it must improve the internal quality of the company. In particular, the solution to addressing future challenges in the field of warehouse logistics is to integrate the company's warehouse logistics system into the application of Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things (IoT). In the transformation process of Company M's warehouse logistics center, automation equipment was introduced and combined with information management systems, thereby achieving a transformation from traditional operation modes to intelligent warehouse logistics.
In this paper, we will analyze in-depth the strategies and measures adopted during the transformation process of Company M's warehouse logistics center, as well as the bottlenecks and challenges encountered. By elaborating on how Company M improves warehouse management efficiency and reduces manual operation errors through the integration of IoT technology and automation equipment, this study aims to provide meaningful reference and inspiration for the transformation of warehouse logistics centers in other enterprises.
