  • 近年來由於電腦資訊科技的發展,帶動了電子商務及網路等市場的蓬勃發展, 尤其以電腦的計算能力增加及行動設備的導入更是帶來了產業的革命及創新,在 其中在以往由系統商所提供,利用電腦技術、嵌入式設備、網路通訊等技術所發 展的家庭自動化(Automation)、居家保全(Security)、健康照護(Healthcare)及娛樂 (Entertainment)提供整合性居家資訊的智慧家庭(Smart Home)成為了一個龐大的 產業。
    本研究中 Z 公司是一個長期關注於頂級自動化家庭市場中的控制平板生產 的公司的硬體公司,因為科技的進步及龐大的市場導致 Google (谷歌)、小米、美 商蘋果各個跨國企業相繼進入市場,Z 公司管理階層認為市場會被後來的眾多 廠商刮分,不願單單的只是提供控制平板的硬體公司且為了讓公司繼續營業額成 長,計劃延伸觸角進行其他感應設備或是相關服務的開發。
    本論文主要是利用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process),以台灣最引以為 傲的電子相關產業之從業人員的角度切入,並經由訪談彙整各專家之意見並評選 出各主準則及次準則後建構評選決策之層級評估,由專家問卷調查的結果,運算 後得出權重值,讓有意切入這個市場的系統廠或是協力廠商有所依據進行產品及 系統的開發。
    依照研究結果,總體而言對照臺灣人的日常生活習慣及傳統的家庭觀念,我 們可以經由層級分析法觀察出專家認為臺灣消費者在評選智家庭系統對於主準 則排序重要性依序為「家庭安全」>「家庭照護」>「智慧家電」>「影音娛樂」 >「購物服務」,十六項次準則中; 專家認為前三項次準則中「防火防盜」>「攝影 監控」>「生命數據監控」佔了整體比重超過五成,顯示專家對於這三項次準則 對臺灣人評選智家庭系統有相當大的重要性,提供給 Z 公司日後進行開發系統 之參考,並有科學數據依循。


    The development of computer information technology has led the vigorous progress of e-commerce and internet markets in recent years. Especially in the increase of computing power and introduction of mobile device have brought about industrial revolution and innovation. Provided by system vendors, using computer technology, embedded devices, network communications and other technologies to develop Home Automation, Home Security, Health Care and Entertainment to provide integrated home information wisdom The family (Smart Home) has become a huge market.
    Z is a company that has long history which focused on the production of control panels in the top home automated market. (Smart Home controller Panel) hardware company. However, the advancement of technology and the huge market, Because of the huge market, there are multination companies such as Google, Xiami and Apple which have entered the market continuously. The management of company Z believes that the market will be smashed by many subsequent manufacturers and they are unwilling to list on only hardware company. In order to allow the company to continue to grow. They plan to extend company’s antennae for other sensing device or related service.
    This thesis mainly uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to cut through from the perspective of practitioners in Taiwan’s most proud electronics-related industries. After interviewing the opinions of various experts and selecting the main criteria and sub- criteria, Construct a hierarchical evaluation of the selection decision. From the results of the questionnaire survey by experts, the weight values are calculated after calculation, so that system manufacturers or third-party manufacturers who intend to enter the market have a basis for product and system development.
    According to the results of the research, Comparing the daily life habits of Taiwanese and traditional family concepts, we can observe through hierarchical analysis that experts believe that Taiwanese consumers are selecting the smart family system for the main criteria in order of importance to "Home security" > "Healthcare" > "Smart Home Appliances" > "Video Entertainment" > "Shopping Services", among
    the 16 sub-criteria; experts believe that the first three sub-criteria are "fire prevention II
    and theft prevention"> "photographic surveillance"> "life data Monitoring" accounted for more than 50% of the overall proportion, showing that experts have considerable importance for these three criteria for the selection of smart home systems by Taiwanese. These data are provided for company Z to develop systems for reference in the future and have scientific data to follow.
