本篇論文旨在傳統同步整流技術的改善,文中主要針對一般的同步整流技術無法同時操作在連續電流導通模式與不連續電流導通模式的缺點,進一步研究新型同步整流技術。並將其應用在雙開關順向式轉換器,具有可同時操作在電流連續電流導通模式與不連續電流導通模式的優點。針對傳統同步整流架構及市售同步整流技術去分析比較並進一步實現兩種新型的同步整流技術,且成功應用於雙開關順向式轉換器,並透過實作驗證其可行性與本文之理論分析相吻合。
The purpose of this thesis is to improve the disadvantages of the conventional synchronous rectifications which cannot be operated both in continuous conduction mode (CCM) and discontinuous conduction mode (DCM). Two new synchronous rectification techniques are developed and applied for a dual-switch forward converter with CCM and DCM operations. The operation principles and design considerations for the proposed synchronous rectification techniques are analyzed and discussed. The prototype converters are built and tested. The experimental results are shown and compared with the commercial synchronous rectification scheme. According to the experimental verifications, the results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis and verify the feasibility of the proposed scheme.
