本研究主要以改善EPDM與PET之間界面接著性為主,由於EPDM本身不具官能基,表面接著性不佳,本研究將EPDM以接枝方式將EPDM導入MAH,使其具有官能基,利用滴定法、FT-IR來檢測接枝率及官能基,以及將PET以不同溫度及時間含浸Pyrrole之方式,使其Pyrrole進入PET使其產生表面粗糙度,利用DSC、X-ray觀察PET結晶度變化、TGA觀察PET熱性質、SEM則用來觀察表面型態,最後將以最好接枝率之EPDM來與PET進行拉拔測試來找出最好之界面接著性。
The aim of this study is to focus on improvement of the interfacial adhesion between EPDM and PET. In this study we try use the grafting technique to introduce MAH into EPDM to produce the functional groups due to the lack of functional groups and bad adhesion of EPDM itself. Furthermore the PET fibers dipped with Pyrrole at different temperature for different time to enhance surface roughness and the dipped PET fibers with better GR (grafting ratio) would be determined the interfacial adhesion by pull-out test. This study also investigated the surface morphology through SEM, the degree of crystallization through DSC、 X-ray and thermal properties through TGA.
