  • 隨著智慧財產的興起,專利對於一個企業而言越來越有其重要性。而對於產
    業而言,技術的開發與專利的申請上,需要做好的事前的評估準備,與策略的
    事先訂定至為重要。其中,在產業佈局上不可或缺的,即技術功效矩陣的產生。
    雖然技術功效矩陣占有重要的一席之地,然而,傳統的方法對於評估人員的
    專業性要求、時間性要求過於巨大,轉而產業對技術功效矩陣的投資往往所費
    不貲。近年來,由於大數據的興起,鉅量的資料並沒有使得情況更為樂觀,更
    使得原先即非一時一刻能完成的技術功效矩陣,雪上加霜。科技的突破與技術
    的日新月異,往往一領域中的相關專利,隨著時代的更迭而增加,在數量上亦
    顯得人為生成技術功效矩陣日益的困難。
    本研究提出一種自動化產生方式,與既有的方法不同,不須在過程中借助專
    家的操作。既非借商用專利分析軟體之力,亦非單純使用日本分類號或美國分
    類號的方式簡易剖析。並能夠在資訊蒐集、斷詞、與分析,在整體上完成一體
    化的操作,使得能在短時間產生可用而可靠的技術功效矩陣,提供產業上的策
    略評估。


    With the rise importance of intellectual property, patents are becoming more and
    more indispensable to a company. For the industry, the development of technology
    and the application for patents need to be prepared, and to set the strategy in advance.
    Among them, the rely on technology function matrix is indispensable in the industrial
    process.
    Although the technology function matrix occupies an important place, the
    traditional methods are too large for the professional requirements and time
    requirements in the process, and the investment in the technology function matrix is
    often costly. In recent years, due to the rise of big data, the huge amount of
    information has not made the situation more optimistic, and it has made the process,
    not completed in this moment, of technology function matrix even worse. With the
    breakthrough of technology and science, the number of related patents in one field
    often increase with the change of times. And it seems that, with the increasing
    number of patents, artificially designing a technology function matrix is from
    difficult to impossible, nowadays.
    This study proposes an automated generation method that is different from the
    existing method and does not require expert operation in the process. It is not a matter
    of borrowing the power of commercial patent analysis software, nor simply using the
    Japanese classification number or the US classification number. And in the
    information gathering, word generating, and analysis, the integrated operation is
    completed as a whole, so that a usable and reliable technology function matrix can be
    generated in a short time, and an industrial strategy evaluation is provided.
