  • 在這個科技快速發展的時代中,各式各樣結合網路與科技的相關產品相繼被推出。每種產品都代表著科技的進步,同時顛覆了人類過去的生活方式。隨著行動裝置的發達,透過網際網路與智慧型手機的連結,雲端服務串連起生活各種細節,正式揭開物聯網時代的序幕。透過網路,讓使用者可以與科技產品進行互動。擁有「網路女王」之稱的KPCB(Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers)合夥人瑪麗.米克(Mary Meeker)於2013年發表網路趨勢報告時,特別宣布:個人電腦產業歷經了智慧型手機與平板電腦的循環週期後,即將正式邁向下一個循環—穿戴式行動裝置。因此各家大廠都在搶攻穿戴式裝置市場的龐大商機。

    然而若只是創新應用,並無法滿足市場真正需求。根據研究調查發現,有高達40%的使用者在購買穿戴式裝置後不到1∼2個月,新鮮感過後便不再使用。因此實用性的功能才是穿戴式裝置的競爭優勢。故本研究採用方法目的鏈為理論基礎,透過深度訪談,探討穿戴式裝置使用者對於“穿戴裝置屬性─個人使用結果─最終內在價值” 三者要素之間的鏈結關係並提出建議,供其未來穿戴式裝置開發人員研發之參考依據,以縮短開發人員技術面與使用者實際需求面之間的差距,讓科技與使用者之間可以引起更多的共鳴與交流互動。


    In the modern age of advanced technology, various products related to internet and technology are lunched like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. Each of products represented the advance of technology and subverted the way we live in the past. With the development of mobile devices, the connection of Internet and smart phones can link up every details in our life by cloud services. That mean we officially entered the era of the IOT. In the future, users can interact with technological products through the internet.KPCB (Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers) partner-Mary Meeker who known as the “Queen of the Internet” published the Internet trends report in 2013, declared that after PC industry has been through the cycle of smart phones and tablets, it will going to the next cycle - Wearable mobile devices at the Internet trends report in 2013. Therefore, various manufacturers have battled for this great business opportunities of wearable devices.

    However, keeping innovating on wearable devices can not satisfy the market really needs. According to the survey, there are more than 40% users no longer use their wearable devices within one to two months because the devices are not fresh to them anymore. Therefore, practical functions are exactly the competitive advantages of wearable devices. As the result, this research adopted the Means-end chain (MEC) as theoretical foundation. Through the depth interviews to explore the link relationship among three elements "wearable device attributes- personal use results- ultimate intrinsic value" for the users and make recommendations. Consequently, the final results of this study could provide some suggestions for wearable device developers to shorten the gap between technical side from developers and side from users actual demand. In this way, technology products and the user can have more resonance with the interaction.
