  • 序理論原是犯罪學中最有影響力之一的理論架構,在近期的研究中,逐漸有學者開始將失序理論引入社會學或管理學的範圍。但截至目前為止,大部份的學者還是將失序理論用於探討國家文化對於企業或管理者是否造成偏差行為居多。由於國家文化是由總體的角度來觀察人們行為,並非用單一個體的角度思考,因此本研究希望從個人的角度出發,將失序理論應用於個體在組織位階差異中,並探討其對商業道德認知的關係。另外,本研究的另一個目的是期望了解五大人格特質之親和性與審慎性對於此關係的調節作用。本研究以居住台灣北部地區的在職工作者為研究對象,採紙本問卷便利抽樣調查方式,總計回收262份有效樣本。研究結果顯示:組織員工位階與商業道德認知成正向關係;五大人格特質之親和性會增強位階與商業道德認知之間的關係。


    Anomie Theory is one of the most influential theory in criminology, future research will have more and more theoretical point of view using anomie theory applied to the management. By far, the relationship between country-level culture and deviance have been examined by many researchers, and approved that country-level culture could really affectperceptions of business ethics. In order to expand the application of the anomie theory, this study investigates the relationship between job position and perceptions of business ethics, and explores the moderating role of Big five-agreeableness and conscientiousness on the above relationship. Results from a sample of 262 employees indicate that:job position is positively related to perceptions of business ethics; Five-Factor Model-agreeableness could moderate the relationship between job position and perceptions of business ethics.
