    • 隨著電腦硬體與網路連線的效能不斷地增加，以往新科技的理論逐漸普及的應用於人們的生活上，也因此隨著資訊科技的變化人們的生活習慣也改變得非常快速，資訊服務業的經營管理必須隨著時代的變化而改變，但任何資訊技術的應用都是本著以人為本的精神，從使用資訊技術的人出發，愈複雜的科技愈要以人為本方便使用才能普及應用。
    本個案在討論昕力資訊股份有限公司在面對新科技資訊不斷地迭代更新，其管理者的領導特質與經營與管理方式更需要創新的思維與做法。探討的議題包括：管理者的領導特質，組織管理如何快速的反應市場的變化以滿足客戶的需要。相關理論為創業家精神、矩陣式組織與敏捷式管理、科技創新、價值共創的商業模式。

    As the performance of computer hardware and network connections continuously improving, the theory of new technologies has been gradually applied in people's life. With the change of information technology, people's habits have also changed very quickly. Therefore, the management of the Information Service Industry must change with the times. However, the application of any information technology is based on the people-oriented spirit. From the point of view of people who use information technology, developing more complicated technology should be based on the perspective of users, so technology would be widespread.
    This case is discussing that ThinkPower software company is constantly and iteratively updated in face of new information technology. The leadership characteristics and management methods need more innovative thinking and practices. The issues include leadership characteristics of managers and organizational management how to respond to market changes to meet customer needs quickly. Relevant theories include the entrepreneurial spirit, matrix organization, agile management, technological innovation and the business model of value co-creation.
