在一個變動極大的時代,台灣屬於淺碟型市場經濟,容易被外在環境波動所影響下,如何以彈性的應變能力來面對市場環境的衝擊,對於台灣的中小企業而言是一大考驗,也是經常要面對的挑戰。本研究採用哈佛個案教學方式撰寫,描述在個案的主人翁Sandy如何在紅海中擺脫陷入企業危機的心路歷程並進入珠寶產業之運營。內容為研究者經營事業歷經環境起伏變化下所採取的因應策略與過程,提供中小企業在創業過程中,面臨景氣衝擊或市場挑戰時,可作為參考與借鏡。本研究個案所採用之相關理論有領導者特質、企業轉型、產業外部環境分析、企業經營模式等,配合本研究個案所設計之教學指引及洐生內容可用於授課時之討論。
Taiwan has a shallow market economy that is highly prone to the influence of external environment changes., identifying a method to flexibly adapt to the market at times of substantial market environment changes is a challenge that Taiwanese small and medium-sized enterprises. This study adopted the Harvard case method to describe how Sandy, the case's owner, escaped from the corporate crisis and started her jewelry industry business encounter by the company as well as the adaptive strategies that are employed.
