本論文在於研究並實作一個符合工業使用的準諧振返馳式轉換器(Quasi-Resonant Flyback Converter) 為主要架構的切換式輔助電源,並透過輸出側的同步整流(Synchronous Rectifier, SR) 的機制提高整體的輸出效率。對於此一控制切換半導體元件於波谷切換的柔性切換機制操作模式,有別於傳統式的返馳式轉換器,不但可以有效提升轉換效率也可以帶來降低機體內工作溫度的好處。由於是有效利用原先變壓器上的洩漏電感,以及開關半導體元件上的寄生電容這兩個缺點特性,因此所需要外加的元件相對減少。同步整流的機制中使用的是以半導體開關元件取代原先二次側的二極體元件,以減少導通損失。實作的結果不但可以成功的使用在工業產品上,更可以有效的提升產品的效率與實用性。
The purpose of this thesis is to study and realize an auxiliary power which is based on quasi-resonant flyback topology for industrial usage. In order to promote the overall efficiency, synchronous rectification method is applied at the secondary side. Different from conventional flyback converters, the switching-on timing is controlled at when valley voltage occurs on the switching device. Not only the efficiency can be obviously improved, but also the temperature inside the machine can be lower. The leakage inductance of the transformer and the parasitic capacitance on the MOSFET are used for resonance, and therefore no extra circuit element is added. Synchronous rectifier is used to replace the secondary diode to reduce the conduction loss. The achievement of the thesis not only can be successfully applied on industrial products but also promotes the efficiency and increase the practicability.
