機電工程在核能發電廠、火力發電廠、高速鐵路、捷運交通、機場建設、科學園區高科技廠、商業辦公大樓或住宅大樓等等工程的施工興建,均佔有極其重要的地位,猶如人體的動脈及神經系統,若無則人體無法運作自如,機電系統工程在整體工程亦是同樣道理,是故機電工程可謂是核心工程。
但因國內機電工程市場競爭激烈,參與的企業組織架構良莠不齊,規模大都屬於中小企業或者是家族企業,營運規模不大,以致於在機電工程的企業經營管理,技術提升或傳承接班等問題大都沒有一套完善的長遠規劃,尤其是接班傳承問題,通常在第一代創業者年齡老化後隨即宣告公司停業,造成機電工程從業人員就業問題及機電工程技術無法提升等問題層出不窮;另外也因營運過程中的經營策略及組織管理架構未盡理想,以至於經營績效日漸萎縮,最終順其自然走上結束營業一途,甚為可惜。
本篇論文研究重點旨在討論機電工程業在營運過程中即應重視接班傳承的佈局及讓接班人選或團隊,就機電工程業的經營策略方針、組織管理績效、財務風險管控、業務行銷方法、工程管理方式等各面向在平時即要有所涉略,一旦正式接班則能駕輕就熟,持續順利地運作,不致於產生斷層現象,讓世代交替順利圓滿,是為本論文的研究重點。
Mechanical and electrical engineering in nuclear power plants, thermal power plants, high-speed railways, rapid transit, airport construction, high-tech factories in science parks, commercial office buildings or residential buildings, etc .The construction of the project occupies an extremely important position, just like the arteries and nervous system of the human body, if not, the human body cannot operate freely, and the same is true of mechanical and electrical system engineering in the overall project, so mechanical and electrical engineering can be described as the core project.
However, due to the fierce competition in the domestic mechanical and electrical engineering market, the organizational structure of the participating enterprises is uneven, most of the scale belongs to small and medium-sized enterprises or family enterprises, and the scale of operation is not large, so that most of the problems in the business management, technology upgrading or inheritance of mechanical and electrical engineering do not have a complete set of long-term planning, especially the succession and inheritance issues, usually the first generation of entrepreneurs are aged and the company is declared closed, resulting in the employment problem of mechanical and electrical engineering practitioners and the inability to upgrade mechanical and electrical engineering technology and other problems abound; In addition, due to the unsatisfactory business strategy and organizational management structure in the process of operation, the business performance is shrinking day by day, and it is a pity that it will eventually take the road to closing the business naturally.
The research focus of this thesis is to discuss the layout of succession and inheritance in the process of operation of the mechanical and electrical engineering and let the successor or team, in terms of the business strategy and policy, organizational management performance, financial risk control, business marketing methods, engineering management methods and other aspects of the mechanical and electrical engineering should be covered in ordinary times, once the formal succession can be mastered, continue to operate smoothly, without fault phenomena, so that the succession of generations smoothly, is the research focus of this thesis.
