本文為德州儀器之DSP TMS320C6711 IDK影像處理系統結合PC-based伺服控制系統所發展出的一套影像伺服控制系統。DSP影像處理系統是將測影像經由CCD camera擷取,透過DSP C6711影像處理核心程式,求出待測影像的特徵點以作為位置之辨別,再透過RTDX傳輸介面將影像特徵點傳給控制電腦。PC-based伺服控制系統則是利用PC控制氣電複合系統在X-Y座標平面上的運動。整合兩個系統,可達到影像伺服控制的功能。最後利用實驗結果證實本論文所提影像伺服控制之有效性與正確性。


To associate with a image servo control system using Texas TI TMS320C6711 IDK and a PC-based hybrid electro-pneumatic control system is presented in this thesis. The function of DSP image processing system is to capture images via CCD camera. Through the calculation of image processing in C6711 DSP, the characteristics of the image can be identified actual position. The PC-based hybrid electro-pneumatic control system is combined of a pneumatic servo-actuator and DC servo-actuator, which is to simulate a X-Y table. And their controllers are individually designed by the fuzzy logic control theorem. Finally, experimental results are used to demonstrate the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed image servo control system.
