由於近年來專利資訊對於企業之技術研發日趨重要，企業的重視程度也與日俱增，技術研發人員透過專利分析結果，不僅可以了解目前研發技術之資訊，更可以觀察競爭對手研發技術之路徑。有鑑於第三方支付之發展日趨熱門，故本研究以此為技術主題，利用歸納法將該領域之技術與功效進行歸納與整理後，繪製出技術功效矩陣圖，進而探討第三方支付技術發展之演變過程及研發方向。

本文針對中國第三方支付之專利趨勢進行分析，首先利用中國專利資料庫搜尋第三方支付技術之相關專利，以統計圖表分析歷年專利活動趨勢以及主要活動者，再以主要專利申請人之專利家族，探討主要專利申請人的國際布局策略。接著，以中國第三方支付主要專利申請人阿里巴巴公司，將第三方支付技術相關個案之專利文件，透過人工判讀的方式，探討其技術的研發方向。以此提供業界與技術人員，做為未來技術發展方向之參考。

研究結果之分析可獲得以下幾點結論：
(1)中國第三方支付技術目前處於技術成長期，專利申請數量呈現穩定成長的狀態。
(2)中國第三方支付主要專利申請人在國際專利佈局策略中皆採用兩種方式：第一種是透過PCT專利系統進入各國，再選擇所欲布局之國家；第二種則是先申請中國後，再以中國申請日主張國際優先權，之後有些直接進入該國申請，而部分國家是透過PCT專利系統申請後進入各國。
(3)中國第三方支付技術發展之主要專利申請人，以阿里巴巴為首，其次為騰訊科技，其技術類別分布在資料傳輸、數據處理及身分識別技術。
(4)阿里巴巴公司為中國第三方支付之技術領導者，以「數據處理」技術為其專利布局之重點。

In recent years, patent information has become increasingly important for technological research and development (R&D) of corporations, and has thus received growing emphasis from corporations.Through patent analysis, technological R&D personnel can not only gain information of current R&D technology, but also observe R&D strategies of competitors. In view of the growing popularity of third-party payment, this study uses third-party payment as the technical subject and draws the technical function matrix through inductive reasoning of the technics and functions of the field to investigate the development process and future direction of the street view processing technology.
This study analyzes the patent trend of third-party payment by using the Chinese patent database(SIPO) to search for relevant third-party payment technology patents and analyzing the trend of patent activity and major players of the past years through statistical charts. The global patent layout strategies of major patent applicants are then explored through the analysis of their patent families. Moreover, the direction of technological R&D of Alibaba, the major Chinese third-party payment patent applicant, is investigated through manual interpretation of its relevant patent documents. The results are provided to the industry as reference for future technological development.
Analysis results are summarized as follows:
(1)Third-Party Payment technics is growing, and the patent numbers show a steady condition.
(2)The main patent applicants of third-party payment in China adopt two methods in the international patent distribution strategy : The first one is to enter the countries through the PCT patent system, and then choose the country to be deployed; the second is to apply for China first.Then claim the international priority on the date of China's filing, after which some directly entered the country and some countries. After entering the country through the PCT patent system application.
(3)Among these major patent applicants of third-party payment technics development, Alibaba is the first place, second is Tencent. The technical classification distributes in data transmission, data processing and Identity recognition.
(4)Alibaba is the top leader all over the China, The "data processing" technology is the focus of its patent layout.
