行動支付(mobile payment)近年來已經成為金融科技中快速成長的重要一
環，隨著全球行動支付發展逐漸散布，台灣政府與國內廠商欲迎頭趕上這股創新
的支付發展趨勢。但我國相較於許多國家較晚起步，因此國內市場上出現許多的
競爭者，這些競爭者除了利用促銷或是增加支付場景等手段外，亦可能利用專利
佈局策略之方式使競爭者增加進入障礙，因此將會造成新進入市場之公司更難生
存的形況發生。
本文藉由專利分析的方式欲瞭解我國市場中國內外主要競爭者於台灣市場
中專利佈局之情況，除了國內行動支付公司眾多外，國外之行動支付公司也逐步
往台灣市場進行市場布局，因此本研究亦納入美國與中國近年來於我國提供行動
支付業務且具代表性之國外公司，進行台灣、美國及中國行動支付之比較分析，
其分析內容包含:國內外行動支付公司專利申請件數、國內外行動支付公司重要
專利介紹、國內外行動支付公司所申請專利之技術功效矩陣分析。因此，本文利
用台灣市場中之國內主要行動支付公司與美國及中國之行動支付公司進行分析，
其中美國之行動支付公司為蘋果公司(Apple inc.)與Paypal 公司為代表性公司，
中國之行動支付公司為阿里巴巴集團與騰訊集團為代表性公司。
本文之分析結果如下:
第一、台灣國內之行動支付公司未來面臨之挑戰性大。第二、台灣行動支付市場
中國外公司掌握重要方法及系統專利。第三、美國及中國之行動支付公司之專利
多為線上支付及綜合之技術。

Mobile payment recently has become an important part of the rapid growth Financial
technology.With the gradual development of mobile payment, the Taiwan government
and domestic companies in Taiwan want to catch up with this trend of payment
innovation. However, compared with many countries, Taiwan started slowly .There
are many competitors in the market of other countries , these competitors in addition
to promotions ,increase the way of payment or other means, may also use the patent
portfolio strategy to increase the barriers to competitors,so these incumbents will
cause new companies into the market more difficult to survive.
This study is based on patent analysis to understand the patent portfolios of main
competitors in the market of Taiwan. In addition to the domestic mobile payment
companies, foreign mobile payment companies also gradually do business in Taiwan.
Accordingly, this study is also included mobile payment companies in the United
States and China which provide mobile payment service in Taiwan for comparative
analysis. The contents of the analysis include: the number of patent applications,vital
cases of domestic or foreign mobile payment companies and the technical funtion
matrix of patent applications in the domestic or foreign mobile payment companies.
Therefore, this paper analyzed the domestic major mobile payment companies in the
Taiwan market and the mobile payment companies of US amd China, especially the
US companies are Apple Aand Paypal. Moreover, the China companies are Alibaba
Group and Tencent Group.
The results of this paper are as follows:
1. Domestic companies of mobile payment in Taiwan are facing a big challenge.2.
Foreign companies master important methods and system patents.3. US and China
Companies' patents in mobile payment are mostly online payment and integrated
technology.
