技術功效矩陣是專利分析領域最常使用的專利圖表之一，其以技術發展所欲解決的課題或達成功效為一軸，另以解決課題的技術手段為另一軸所繪成的平面圖，在各交點上呈現專利密集度，是研發人員決定研發方向與專利佈局的重要參考。本文旨在研究如何快速繪製技術功效矩陣，並以不同時點的動態功效矩陣呈現，進而精準分析技術之變動，提前預測專利件數之變化。
　　本文以雲端儲存內容分享為技術主題，進行以動態技術功效矩陣為核心的研究。首先針對技術主題作整體專利巨觀分析。其次，利用與該技術主題相關之專利分類號，取代原先技術功效矩陣圖當中的技術軸，以分層抽樣歸納各項技術功效繪製矩陣圖，後續在已完成之矩陣圖上輔以時間為變數，完成一系列動態式分析預測，並建立品質目標以驗證矩陣圖之準確性。最後，以線性迴歸模型，預測各申請人未來歷年專利申請件數，及矩陣圖上特定區域之未來歷年專利公開數量，藉以得到量化申請件數指標，給予企業具體化之佈局建議。
　　研究結果分析可獲得如下總結：(1)美國專利分類號在電腦軟體相關技術中用於繪製技術功效矩陣特別有利，可迅速繪製技術功效矩陣圖且易於更新；(2)藉由動態矩陣圖，可瞭解技術在時間軸上發展的軌跡；(3)本文採用之繪製方法，不僅快速且準確性在七成以上；(4)可成功建立線性回歸模型，預測未來歷年專利申請件數；(5)以歷年發明人人數為自變數，預測模型之可信度高。

One of the most common used in patent intelligence analysis is the technology-function matrix, which using the functions and the technical means to be its two coordinate axes to show the density of number of patents in nodes. It is an important guidance for enterprises to evaluate the research and development direction further to propose the patent portfolios. This study aims to discuss how to approach to get a matrix quickly and expressed in different time point to accurate analysis to keep up with the variances in technology research and development, or even ahead of forecast for patent portfolio strategy.
Cloud storage for content sharing is the technical topic in this paper. And the adopted main tool is dynamic technology-function matrix. Chapter 2 defined the research boundary to get macroscopic patent analysis for the technical topic. Chapter 3 and 4 associated with the patent classification to replace the technology-axis, according to the result of stratified sampling to generalize the technical functions as a function- axis to get the matrix, and supplemented by a variable time in the completed matrix to accomplish a series of dynamic analysis and forecasting, further to establish a quality indicator to verify the accuracy of the matrix. Finally, this study forecast the number of patent applications for each applicants and the number of patent publications for specific nodes in the matrix by linear regression model. This study intent to get a quantity indicators and concrete suggestion based on the result for the enterprises.
The results are summarized as follow: (1) The use of United States patent classification for computer software technology is particularly advantageous in drawing technology-function matrix. (2) Dynamic matrices would display the trajectory of technological development in the timeline. (3) The rendering method used herein is not only quick approach, the accuracy also over 70%. (4) Successfully established linear regression model to forecast the future number of applications for patents over the years. (5) The predictive models with the amount of inventors over the years, which as independent variables have high confidence.
