  • 隨著各種乙太網路有線纜線RJ-45接口型式或其它應用,全球乙太網路設備近幾年網路更高速乙太網路應用需求,網路伺服器、雲端計算儲存設備、智能製造、工業網路監控 & 智慧物聯網、物聯網大數據資料處理、智慧網路的應用、IP監控系統、無線接入點、語音設備..等等。全球各國政府和企業應用需求的佈建持續在成長,傳遞資料的高速傳輸線也加速拓展其頻寬,形成更快速、更穩定、更高可靠性。
    本研究為乙太網路通訊零件技術創新變革的策略,新產品乙太網路通訊變壓器零件和乙太網路通訊電源變壓器零件產品,轉換的過程影響與發展機會,隨著乙太網路Non-PoE和PoE(Power Over Ethernet) 新規格網路技術應用與網路市場持續發展,乙太網路通訊電源變壓器零件應用於整合傳輸資料和高瓦數的電源需求顯得越來越重要,也是部門積極投入研發資源,從設計端與生產製造端結合。在PoE網路設備PSE和PD產品在最新IEEE802.3bt規範60W/90W產品技術應用持需提升下,乙太網路通訊電源變壓器零件應用於整合傳輸資料和高瓦數的電源需求顯得越來越重要,其同時配合較高資料傳輸連線速率(2.5G/5G/10G bps)網路設備產品需求應用發展趨勢。
    以產業總體環境掃描,分析市場消長與動能趨勢;安索夫矩陣(Ansoff Matrix)與波士頓矩陣(BCG Matrix)架構探討案例部門產品在市場的所處位置,藉由產品組合與新技術應用找出新的商業機會,並交叉分析(Cross SWOT Analysis),定義出產品規劃與研發三年的策略技術藍圖,找到市場發展趨勢方向,發揮整合價值鏈與資源運用,達成企業永續發展的目標。


    In the world used Ethernet cable RJ-45 interface types or others, the global Ethernet network equipment has demanded higher-speed Ethernet applications in recent years. Network servers switch, cloud computing storage devices, Intelligent manufacturing, industrial network & intelligent IoT, IoT big data processing, smart network applications, IP Cameras, wireless access points, voice IP...etc. The deployment of application requirements of governments and enterprises around the world continues to grow, and the high-speed transmission lines for transmitting data are also accelerating the expansion of their bandwidth, resulting in faster, more stable, and higher reliability.
    This research is a strategy for innovation and transformation of Ethernet parts technology. New products Ethernet transformer (or LAN Filter) parts and Power over Ethernet transformer parts, the products conversion process impact and development opportunities, with the Ethernet Non-PoE and PoE (Power Over Ethernet) new specifications of network technology applications and the continuous development of the network market, Power over Ethernet transformer parts are becoming to important for the integration of data transmission and high power requirements. Actively invest in R&D resources to integrate from the design end to the manufacturing end. The PoE network equipment PSE and PD products are in the latest IEEE802.3bt specification 60W/90W,With the increasing demand for product technology applications, it is to integrate data transmission and high power requirements. It also with higher data transmission connection rates (2.5G/5G/ 10G bps) product demand application trend.
    Scan the overall environment and the industry to analyze market growth and kinetic trends, Ansoff Matrix and BCG Matrix , discuss the location of the case company’s products in the market, and find out by product mix and new technology applications New business opportunities, with cross analysis (Cross SWOT Analysis), do product strategy and planning R&D three-year strategic technology, find the market development trends, integrated value chain and resource utilization, and achieve the long of the enterprise.
