精密機械產業在臺灣為工業化的重要的產業之一,也是高度智慧財產需求量的產業,可以說是產業發展的重柱。本研究主要探討臺灣精密機械產業對智慧財產專責人員職能需求之研究。基於前人蒐集的問卷樣本藉由獨立樣本T檢定做分析來了解影響因子是否在統計上具有顯著性,並針對五項問題來做探討,內容包括:
1.公司在智慧財產權工作項目上是否有需求;
2.公司在智慧財產工作項目中有那些是具有可自行處理之能力;
3.智財專業人才招募狀況;
4.目前研究內的公司其智財主管是否符合職位需求;
5.目前研究內的公司其智財人員是否符合職位需求。
另外歸納出四個影響因子依序為:(1)公司是否有無專門部門(2)公司規模大小(3)公司經營型態(4)公司是否委外處理智財相關事務。
根據研究結果顯示,在比較四個影響因子下,公司的經營型態,在公司是否在智慧財產權工作有所需求、公司在智慧財產工作項目是否有自行處理能力、公司對於智財人員招募情形、公司智財主管是否符合職位需求以及公司對於智財人員是否職位需求中最具有統計上顯著差異。
Precision machine industry is one of the essential industries in Taiwan for industrialization and is an industry with high intellectual property demand. This research focuses on the need for the competencies of the specialist in intellectual property in precision machine industry. Questionnaires and data, constructed by predecessors, were used to investigate the four influence factors and investigate the following categorizations from previous research in this field: (1) Do companies have a demand for intellectual property rights? (2) Are the companies capable of doing intellectual property related works on their own? (3) The circumstances of recruiting intellectual property specialists. (4) Do the company’s intellectual property supervisors meet the job requirements? (5) Do the company’s intellectual property workforce meet the job requirements?
The following are the four influence factors found: (1) whether the company has a dedicated intellectual property department (2) the size of the company (3) the business model of the company (4) whether the company outsources matters related to intellectual property.
According to the results, among the four influence factors, the business model of the companies showed the highest statistical significance in the following categorizations: whether companies have a demand for intellectual property rights, whether the companies capable of doing intellectual property related works on their own, the circumstances of recruiting intellectual property specialists, the company’s intellectual property supervisors meet the job requirements, and whether the company’s intellectual property workforce meet the job requirements.
