    • 本論文包含三件競賽作品。從大環境的眷村改造計畫，再到社 區小單元間的互動連結，最後農舍住宅整體營造，可以從中學習到建 築設計不單單只是建築層面的設計，而是必頇符合人性化與在地化為 基礎。
    第一件作品著重於分析位於北緯 22 度的屏東，其設計應具備當 地氣候人文條件與綠建築的對應，為因應國際針對能源及環境條件的 不同，提出具調適能力的建築設計，並減少環境負荷，達到與環境共 生共榮共利的共識。本設計章節以綠建築為設計的基礎，強調由地球 環保的角度出發，並落實社區環境生態的永續經營。
    第二件作品著重於眷村的改造計畫，針對文化景觀的生產場域進 行內、外部的規劃與重整，重新定位戰爭遺址空間，回歸詮釋社區的 存在，蛻變成活化新世代的基地再出發。
    第三件作品針對青年人洄鄉的議題，透過家鄉的傳統產業，重啟 務農與科技的結合，重新建立人與人之間的互動，以社區整體規劃為 基礎，透過住宅單元機能的整合，創造新型態的社區網絡。

    This paper contains three competition projects. The paper starts with the project of taking into accounts of the environmental considerations while making plans. Then it talks about a large-scale military village reconstruction plan, which includes the interactive connection between small units in the community; then concludes with the overall construction of farmhouses. The intention of this paper is to demonstrate that architectural designs should not be limited to only on the functionality level, but humanity and locality friendliness should be incorporated as well;
    The first project focuses on analyzing the location of Pingtung, which is located at 22 degrees north latitude. Responding to the international calls for proposing a building should be designed adaptable to variant energy and environmental conditions, and for the purpose of minimizing unnecessary loads on the environment, and prompting the consensus of symbiosis and mutual benefit with the environment. This project has taken into considerations of the local climate, humanistic conditions as well as corresponding green buildings. This project bases its design on green building, while focusing on environmental protection, and the sustainability of its eco-system.
    The second project focuses on the reconstruction plan of the military villages. It includes the internal and external planning and reorganizing of the cultural landscape production field, as well as repositioning of the war site space. By so doing, a sense of community existence is brought home. Thus becomes a revitalized ground for new generations.
    The third project is aimed at the issue of young people’s homecoming. With the traditional industrial of the hometown as the basis, then combining agriculture and technology, will reestablish the interaction among people. Also base on the overall planning of the community, through the integration of residential unit functions, a new type of community network will be created.
