綠色供應鏈的眾多環節中,綠色資訊系統是貫穿整個供應鏈,串連客戶、設計公司、製造廠與供應商之間的系統。從零件選定、零件承認、均勻材質與包裝材料的檢驗、檢驗報告、物料清單的產出…等等眾多細節,皆需要各廠家之間的配合與溝通,此過程不僅只將流程電子化,更要將這些資料留存於資料庫,使其轉換成有用的資訊,此乃綠色資訊系統在跨廠協同合作時重要的功能之一。
此外,若能夠將零件本身所包含的材質及產品組合與客戶間不同的規範相互對映,並動態連結ERP系統中的庫存、詢價及採購等數據資料,執行供應商管理,為企業做好最佳的成本控管。透過綠色產品資訊系統的整合,將企業產品生命週期管理系統、企業資源管理系統,以及綠色供應鏈系統其資訊進行同步化,隨時掌握最新且符合環保法規的物料成本數據,以確保供應商所提供之物料、零組件都能夠滿足環保規範,免除繁瑣的流程與溝通,如此一來,不僅能夠提升產品設計的品質,更可提高客戶、企業本身以及供應商間彼此產品協同設計合作的意願。
藉由本研究個案的探討可了解到,此資訊平台除了能夠將不同客戶的綠色規範做系統化的管理,更可藉由電子化作業程序,將各地研發資訊經由網路串連出一個零時差的管理環境,使各地研發人員能夠及時取得最新的產品設計規範並同步進行產品開發作業,提升組織間的運作效率。此外,經由電子化流程將零組件的組成物質以及供應商所提供的檢驗報告,彙整至此綠色資訊平台中,除可隨時提供完整的資料與紀錄以便管理及審查外,更能夠在必要時,向客戶做進一步的綠色產品保證。
In multitudinous links of green supply chain, the green information system pierces through the whole supply chain, string the system of which connect customers ,design companies, manufactures and suppliers. From the components designated, the components approved, the homogeneous material and the packing material examined, the examination report, the bill of material delivers…etc. of numerous details, it needs coordination and communication of each various factories, this process not only is a electronic process, but also wants to keep these data in the database, then converts these data into useful information. It is a very important function of green product information system while collaborated between various factories, suppliers and customers.
In addition, you can use the integrated information system to compare the substance of components and the bill of materials with customer required specification to make sure the product design can fit customer’s environmental protection policy, and we can link the green system with ERP system to get useful information of inventory, quotation and purchase to manage the supply chain. If you can implement the integrated system, you will have good control for product cost. Through integration system of product information platform, enterprise will have synchronic information between Product Lifecycle Management system, Enterprise Resource Planning system and Supply Chain Management system. Enterprise will get newly customer policy of environment and material cost, and make sure the components and materials can satisfy environmental protection laws standards, and can dismiss tedious process. On the other hand, the green product information system can not only promote the quality of product design, but also raise desire of cooperation of product design between customer, enterprise and each other the supplier.
Through the case study of the paper you can understand the green product information system can manage more systematically environmental protection laws standards of various customers and the electronic process will connect information everywhere of research & development through internet, and build up an zero time lag environment on research & development information management. Let employees everywhere can get newest product specification and collaborative develop product, promoting operation efficiency between organizations. In addition, the green product information platform can do collect component substance and supplier inspection report though the electronic process. In addition to provide complete data and records for the purpose of management and examination at any time, and can also make the further green product guarantee to the customer at critical time.
