近年來,人為失誤造成系統失效的比例愈來愈大,根據研究證實,超過50%的設備在維修之後過早的失效了,由此可見人為失誤對系統可靠度的重要性。在過去系統可靠度研究中,往往只限於硬體與軟體間的評估,忽略人為失誤造成系統失效的關鍵因素,因此,如何利用人為可靠度分析方法,預測人為失誤機率,並結合至系統可靠度分析中,便成為目前重要的課題。
本研究主要針對水庫溢洪道閘門電氣設備之檢測資料進行分析,為了將人為因素連結至系統可靠度分析中,採用馬可夫過程方法建立系統可靠度分析架構,藉此連結人為失誤與設備劣化之間的關聯性,進而評估出設備劣化情形,從案例分析結果,說明人為因素在系統可靠度中為一個重要的角色。
The system failure induced by human error has occurred increasingly in recent years. The existing studies indicated that over 50% equipments were failed after their maintenance. It can be seen that human error has important influences on the system reliability. In the past, the system reliability research only assessed the hardware and software, but ignored that system is failure caused by human error. Therefore, how to estimate the human error probability by using human reliability analysis method and connecting system reliability analysis will become an important topic.
This thesis aimed to analyze inspection records for electrical equipments of spillway water gates. In order to introduce the human factor to the system reliability analysis, this research used Markov Process method to establish a framework of system reliability analysis connecting with relationships between the human error and deterioration of equipments. The proposed framework can assess the deterioration conditions of equipment. The result shows that the human factor plays an important role in the system reliability.
