在未來石油短缺及節能減碳意識抬頭的時代中,以直接減少石油能源的消耗為一個前提下,發展電動車將會是各國重要的政策。但是電動車輛的動力來源,則需藉由充電站來補充動力。傳統的接觸式充電是透過金屬接點的方式為之,但隨著在高瓦數或高電壓之傳輸狀態下,用電品質、可靠性、安全性、充電速度的要求將不斷提高,而非接觸式供電技術的應用,將可避免因接觸點而產生的火花、爆炸、漏電危險之疑慮。
本研究著重於現行電動車及充電站的產業發展分析,再以五力分析來了解個案公司在此非接觸式供電產業之競爭力,並以SWOT模型分析其內部競爭優劣勢和現行外部環境的機會和威脅,以找出未來的策略態勢。
具體結果如下:
1.充電站規格標準將影響此產業發展甚巨,業者需持續關注其發展
2.以模組化方式發展,逐步替換傳統式充電接頭,避免大規模投資充電站
3.運用台灣零組件優勢,降低感應式供電模組成本
4.產業聯盟,整合研發充電樁之操作介面,提升整體競爭力
In the era of eminent oil shortage and a rising concept of energy-saving, one premise would be direct reduction of fuel consumption, and develop electric vehicle will become an important policy for countries around the world. However, the power source of electric vehicle requires charging from a supplementary power station. The traditional charging method is through the contact of metal joints on each polarity end. However in an uprising state for higher ampere or higher voltage transmission, the demand for better electricity quality, reliability, security and charging speed of will gradually increase. Therefore Non-Contact Power Transfer Technology application will avoid the dangers of sparks, explosion, and electric leakage risks produced from contact points.
This study focuses on the current industry development analysis of electric vehicles and charging stations. It will begin with an analysis of one company’s competitiveness in the Non-Contact Power Transfer industry using Porter’s Five-Force Analysis. Secondly, the research will use a SWOT model to analyze this company’s internal competitive advantages and current external chances and threats in order to find out the company’s future strategies and developments
Methodology and Result are as followed:
1.Charging station specifications have great influence on this industry’s development, therefore, the company needs to remain focused on related development.
2.To develop charging connectors in modular way to gradually replace the traditional method, and avoid massive investment in charging station.
3.Utilize the advantage of substitute parts made in Taiwan to reduce the cost of Non-Contact Power Transfer module.
4.To form industrial alliance, and integrate research and development of charging station operation interface, that will enhance their overall competitiveness
