  • 全球化的趨勢,使得企業的佈局針對的不再是局部市場而是全球市場;同時供應鏈的問題也隨全球化而有了變化。供應鏈管理一直在具有競爭優勢的企業裡占舉足輕重角色。企業管理者若能應用合乎國際情勢的管理策略,可有效提升企業經營效率以增加生產力與顧客滿意度。
    其中,高科技產業需求型態與全球市場變化快速使得產品生命週期縮短,供應鏈的績效管理與快速反應成為影響競爭力的關鍵因素。跨國品牌大廠在策略面隨全球化的趨勢來因應現今科技潮流並結合具有彈性的營運面是為影響供應鏈整合效益的重要因素。近日,企業為了確保競爭優勢而紛紛投入許多資源在供應鏈管理上,以祈達到最佳化的目的。然而,每個跨國高科技企業都具有自己獨特的企業文化與管理特質,這兩項特質才可完整結合策略面與營運面,使得公司利益最佳化。
    有鑑於此,本研究是為探討台灣惠普全球科技股份有限公司在供應鏈部門的績效管理是否在績效管理的六大關鍵成功要素的各組成構面與組織文化對於科技產業供應鏈的組織績效效果之影響,之後並應用SPSS統計軟體分析以瞭解受訪者在上述各變項上是否有顯著差異存在及各變項間的相關性與影響性。
    研究結果顯示:台灣惠普全球科技股份有限公司供應鏈部門中,績效管理的關鍵成功因素共有四項: 「管理支援與目標設定」、「組織規範」、「專業培訓」、「適度獎勵」; 人口學變項對績效管理的關鍵成功因素的評價存在年齡、教育程度、職位階級與在職年限的差異。「管理支援與目標設定」、「適度獎勵」、「階段性回顧」這三個因素對組織績效影響較大; 但「專業培訓」卻呈負向影響組織績效。因此,根據研究結果彙整以下建議提供企業經營策略參考:(一) 針對這五項因子,公司應持續實行相關行為並對為何「專業培訓」對組織績效有負向影響做進一步的瞭解與調查;(二) 組織績效可能不僅只對這六項關鍵因子,可能有其他因子亦會影響組織績效。但本研究受限於部門與地區的關係,而呈現出不一樣的結果;故公司可進一步擴大研究部門與地區做研究。


    Due to the dynamic changes in the global market, the enterprise is not only focused on the local market but the global wide market. In the same time, the performance of Supply Chain Management plays an important competitive role in the whole business management. Therefore how to improve the performance of the Supply chain management has become the focus inattention. We try to analyze the key factors of HP Supply Chain Management based on Six key factors: Goal Setting, Tracking, Alignment, organizational norms, Professional training, Reward. By analyzing the successful implementation of performance management, we construction the initial 6 successful implementation factors of performance management as a key factor in the questionnaire to analysis the Organization performance. We used SPSS 11.0 to analysis the data we collected from the HP Supply Chain Employee in Taiwan and try to understand the relevance of Key Factor and the organization performance.
    The data results show that all of Six Key Factors we have are all positive relative to the organization performance results. Especially, the Goal Setting、Period Tracking can explain the most out of six factors.
