The purpose of this research is to obtain the empirical evidence about the factors which will affect the dividend payout ratio of manufacturing company in Indonesia. Independent variables that used in this research are creative accounting, return on equity, firm size, self financial ratio, and sales growth. Population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange over three years from 2016 to 2018. Samples are obtained through purposive sampling method, in which 34 listed manufacturing companies meet the sampling criteria resulting 102 data available are taken as sample. Those data are processed using statistical test of multiple regression. The result of this research shows that self financial ratio and sales growth have influence to dividend policy. On the other hand, creative accounting, return on equity, and firm size have no influence.
