本論文係使用TSMC 0.18-µm CMOS製程研製三型應用於5.8 GHz非接觸式生理訊號雷達感測系統之壓控振盪器,分別為互補式交叉耦合對壓控振盪器、低功耗電流再利用壓控振盪器及電流再利用正交壓控振盪器。
This thesis presents three voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), namely complementary cross-coupled pair VCO, low-power current-reused VCO, and current-reused quadrature VCO, for the non-contact vital-sign radar sensor applications. All the developed VCO are fabricated in the TSMC 0.18-μm CMOS process.
