  • 本研究主要為將計數值驗收抽樣計畫電腦化成一套淺學易懂、容易操作的驗收抽樣軟體,包含逐批檢驗的MIL-STD-105E、道奇-羅明抽樣計畫、連續抽樣計畫(CSP-1)以及跳批抽樣計畫(SkSP-2)。
    本電腦化系統可以省去繁雜的查表手續、圖形繪製及抽樣方法的轉換法則,透過本軟體,使用者可以輕鬆地找到符合條件的抽樣計畫,且圖形有助於使用者對抽樣計畫績效的了解,而及時監控系統更可隨時提醒使用者所應採取的措施。因此,此驗收抽樣系統兼具了理論及實務上的應用。


    The major purpose of this thesis is to computerize acceptance sampling plans for attributes to simple ones, including MIL-STD-105E, Dodge-Roming sampling plans, CSP-1 and SkSP-2.
    Using these computerized systems, we can omit some complexity procedure detecting tables, plotting charts and switching rules for sampling. User can find sampling plans easily by this software. And these charts can help user understand the effect of sampling plans. Furthermore, the real-time monitoring systems can always remind user what should do. So the acceptance sampling systems connected theories and applications.
