網路招募平台已經成為目前應徵者投遞履歷的主要管道,平台的開發可以簡化企業在招募時的流程,不僅幫助人力資源部門節省時間,同時讓應徵者也能便於填寫履歷,本研究與臺北市立聯合醫院合作,過去招募實習生的方式主要與學校合作或至學校宣傳,屬於傳統的招募方式,而目前包含九個院區及多個科室,讓人資部門在處理上常需要花大量的時間及人力成本。
本研究主要建構線上的實習生網路招募平台,招募對象主要為非醫事的實習生,並整合當年度所有院區科室招募實習生之職缺、實習內容及徵才條件,以Django框架為基礎,招募平台包含整合實習職缺、線上履歷填寫以及蒐集履歷的後台管理系統,最後將蒐集到的履歷以關鍵字比對快速篩出適合該科室的應徵者。研究方法使用結構式訪談模式,依照過去文獻將訪談問題分為網路招募平台內容、美感及易用性,訪談過去曾經實習過的十位學生及前後招募實習生之負責人試用本研究之網路招募平台,並將其訪談內容整理及分析,期望未來能擴充更多元的功能,使平台更符合應徵者及人資部門之需求,讓整個招募之需求都能涵蓋在平台中,減輕人資部門的時間成本及人力,同時給予應徵者更好的招募體驗。


Online recruitment platforms have become the main channel for applicants to submit resumes. The development of these platforms can simplify the recruitment process for businesses which not only helps human resource departments save time, but also allows applicants to easily complete resumes. This study was done in cooperation with Taipei Municipal Hospital. In the past, the way to recruit interns was mainly done by cooperating with schools or hosting recruitment events at schools. That is the traditional way of recruiting. At present, the hospital uses nine campuses and multiple departments to resolve all these recruitments. The human resource department often puts a lot of time and labor into it.
This research is built for an online intern recruitment platform which recruits non-medical interns, and integrates the vacancies, internship details and recruitment conditions of all interns recruited by the departments for that year. Based on the Django framework, this recruitment platform includes a background management system that integrates internship vacancies, filling online resumes, and collecting resumes. Finally, the collected resumes are quickly screened for candidates that are suitable for the department by keyword comparison. This research method was carried out through structured interviews. In accordance with literary record, the interview questions were divided into information of the online recruitment platform, aesthetics, and ease of use. This research’s Interviewee are ten students who have interned in the past and the person in charge of recruiting interns. This research interviewed them before and after having them try this online recruitment platform, then organized and analyzed the content of the interviews. In the hope that this research expands the functions of this platform in the future, tailoring it to the needs of applicants and human resource departments. Thus, covering the entire recruitment processes needs in the platform, reducing the time and labor costs of the human resource department, also giving applicants a better recruitment experience.
