平台企業近年來不斷地在市場上湧現,從平時訂餐用的外送平台至外出遊玩時的訂房平台,大家都習慣使用線上平台來完成生活中的許多大小事,也使得平台企業成為學術界及實務界積極研究的主題,但多數的主題都聚焦於平台的商業模式設計或是定價、補貼策略,因此本文會針對於最近世界各國皆開始關注的反壟斷議題去做分析。
本研究以Apple公司為例,從數位商業生態系統的觀點、雙邊市場、網路效應、補貼策略以及反托拉斯法,並以單一個案研究法進行分析,嘗試從一些過往案例以及現今正面臨的反壟斷議題來去找尋平台企業該如何應對反壟斷爭議、以及這些商業策略對消費者帶來的影響為何,並為數位生態圈上的利害關係人給出一些策略上的見解。


Platform companies have been emerging in the market in recent years. From the delivery platform for ordering meals to the room reservation platform when going out, everyone is accustomed to using online platforms to complete many small and large things in life, which also makes platform companies become academia and The topics that the practitioners are actively studying. But most of the topics focus on the business model design or pricing and subsidy strategies of the platform. Therefore, this article will analyze the anti-monopoly issues that all countries around the world have recently begun to pay attention to.
This study takes Apple as an example, from the perspective of the digital business ecosystem, two-sided market, network effects, subsidy strategy and antitrust law, and analyzes it with a single case study method, trying to analyze some past cases and the antitrust currently facing The topic is to find out how platform companies should deal with antitrust disputes, and how these business strategies affect consumers and provide some strategic insights for stakeholders in the digital ecosystem.
