在產品壽命實驗的研究中,產品有很高的可靠度之下需要很長的測試時間而使得實驗的進行相當困難,加速壽命測試方法能夠有效地縮短實驗時間且能有效的估計產品壽命,但在加速壽命測試的實驗中,產品在較惡劣的環境的條件下進行測試而加速因子參數是未知的,而最大概似估計法是被使用在估計循序性型Ⅱ設限資料下的最大概似估計量。
本研究將對於服從指數分配加速壽命測試的循序性型Ⅱ設限資料下,對其參數進行估計,把產品分為兩部分,一部分在正常狀況下進行測試,另一部分則讓產品放在較惡劣的環境的條件下測試,使用最大概似估計法對指數分配和加速因子的參數進行估計,由實驗的結果我們可得知,模擬實驗樣本數的變化及 的bias、變異數、實驗時間之關係。
Experimental research takes more time to conduct if the products have a high reliability in the lifetime of the products. In this situation, we can use the method of accelerated lifetime tests. It not only can effectively reduce the experimental time but also can accurately estimate the lifetime of the products. We proceed to the experiments of the products under the condition of harsh environment, and the parameters of accelerated factor are unknown. Maximum likelihood estimators method is used to determine the maximum likelihood estimates when the data are progressively Type II censored.
In this research, we assume that the progressively type Ⅱ censored data are characterized by exponential distribution for the accelerated lifetime tests. The products are divided into two parts. One part conducts the tests in the standard environment, and the other part is tested in a relatively harsh environment. In the last, we use the maximum likelihood estimation method to estimate the parameters of the exponential distribution and accelerated factor. Empirical results show that we can simulate the changes of sample sizes and see the relationship of the variance, bias of and the experimental time.
