數位化工具的導入讓建築產業中開始轉型,脫離資訊無法有效運用且資源重複浪費的劣勢,達到有效溝通、增加工作效率與降低溝通成本的正面效果。台灣建築產業對於數位化工具的應用主要以營造及工程單位為主,設計端對於數位化工具的導入,有些建築師事務所已應用融入設計流程,但有些事務所仍然處於停滯不前的狀態。

為了解設計單位導入數位化工具過程中面臨的困境,本研究實際深入建築師事務所設計流程,透過專案輔導方式進行培訓,強調資訊整合與工具融入工作流程思維,以實際案例探討方式來釐清問題的本質。Revit為主要操作工具,必要時搭配Dynamo或API輔助。

過去三年中輔導九家建築產業,以其中四家建築師事務所共六個案例為分析標的,交互比較其相同與相異點。經評估後發現各家事務所雖有類似的外在輔助條件,卻受「事務所規模大小」、「專案經理與成員積極度」、「輔導專案選擇」、「專業顧問服務」及「組織規模與分工模式」等關鍵內在因素影響而有不同的導入成效。本研究針對各關鍵因素加以分析並提出建築師事務所導入數位化工具時的可行模式建議。


The implementation of digital design tools in the construction industry has been the main issue in recent years. Many benefits can be obtained by the application of this system, such as effective communication, increased work efficiency, and reduced communication costs. Most of the construction companies and some architecture firms in Taiwan have worked on adapting digital design tools to their work, but a number of them yet utilize the tools.

To overcome the predicaments, researcher plays a role as a third-party consultant, involved in the design process in architecture firms. This research is focusing on practical projects, providing training courses on digital design tools adaptation, which emphasizes the integration of information and the thinking of how the tool can be adapted to the existing workflow. Revit is selected as the primary tool for project execution, assisted with Dynamo or APIs if required.

This study compared the similarities and the differences in six selected cases from four architecture firms in a total of nine trained companies in the past three years. With similar training methods, all cases shared the same external conditions. But the results on the adaptation could vary based on internal factors as: the size of the firm, the enthusiasm of the project manager and the members, the project to be implemented with, the professional consulting services, and the size of the organization and the division. By analyzing the key factors, this study proposes a feasible way for architects to adapt digital design tools into their design process.
