本論文主要研製混合切換主動箝位返馳式轉換器,論文中所提出的混合切換技術,可以增加零電壓切換範圍,並且讓同步整流操作於零電流截止。混合切換技術就是結合傳統脈波寬度調變轉換器與諧振轉換器之技術,與傳統主動箝位返馳式轉換器做比較,電路上不須額外加入其他元件,控制為定頻脈波寬度調變。本論文設計並完成一組60 W/ 18.5 V的實驗原型,所示之實驗結果,驗證所提出電路架構操作在輸入電壓為90 VAC至264 VAC之可行性。
This thesis aims to study and implement a hybrid-switching active-clamped flyback converter. The proposed hybrid-switching technique can increase the range of zero-voltage switching (ZVS), and the synchronous rectifier can be operated under zero-current switching (ZCS). This study is to merge the conventional pulse width modulation (PWM) converter and resonant converter techniques. Compared with the conventional active-clamped flyback converter, there is no extra component needed and simple fixed frequency PWM can be used. A 60 W/ 18.5 V laboratory prototype was designed and implemented. Experimental results were shown to verify the feasibility of the proposed scheme under 90 VAC to 264 VAC input.
