在現代化社會中,路燈已成為國家基礎建設措施,在城市街道照明、區域景觀設計上都是不可或缺的存在。路燈照明度亦與交通安全、社會治安息息相關。隨著人口密集度的提高,路燈設置的數量亦隨之增多,使得路燈的維修與管控成為管理上的值得關注的問題,且伴隨路燈數量增長的亦包含用電量的增加,在全球壟罩在能源危機的陰影下,路燈節電的措施顯得更加重要。
目前現行的路燈監控方法,大多屬於鋪設實體電力控制線或訊號線的方式進行串聯式的控制,此種控制易受限於線路鋪設的連接方式,較難控制與檢測單一路燈,此外串聯式的群組通常依照線路鋪設區域做群組組合,不易做彈性的分群控制,在控制與節電設計上亦存在管理上的困難。
在本論文中,提出一種可無線遙控路燈的路燈管理監控系統設計。系統以ZigBee連結路燈群,另以整合GPRS與ZigBee模組之中繼站節點作為控制訊號轉發站,使路燈群透過中繼站的GPRS連線與中央監控系統進行資料傳遞,並搭配監控系統的電子地圖做即時狀態監控。實驗結果證明,本論文所提出的設計可由監控系統無線遠端操控路燈,並可針對單燈或群組進行調光節能、彈性開關燈等管理模式,路燈可即時自動回報用電量與故障訊息,降低巡查的人力浪費,並透過系統提供的調光規則設計,針對單燈或自訂群組定制彈性的節能措施,與僵化的固定開關燈措施比較,更能因地制宜的實施節電計畫。根據實驗結果,採用漸進調光之燈組,在30分鐘內,以每10分鐘增加調光率10%的開燈情形下,與未實施調光計畫的燈組相較,可節省約13.79%的用電量。


In today’s world, lighting of streets is regarded to be a major concern for a traffic safety and public security. Due to the importance of an appropriate illumination in city, the construction of street lighting systems is considered as one of the main area of concentration among the national infrastructure development projects. Increase of the population causes an increase of the light usage accompanied with an appearance of the streetlamps maintenance and control problems. Meanwhile, with the continuation of street lighting development, the rise of electricity consumption is anticipated to dramatically scale up as well. The issue of growing power consumption and owing to that, of the increased waste of electrical energy, is gradually turning to be an acute problem.

Most current streetlamp management systems are using cable to send control signal. When passing a control signal by using cables, some difficulties may occur in organizing a flexible control of specific set of streetlamps. That is one of the reasons of experiencing hardships, while trying to implement an energy-saving plan and to get it under supervision. In following thesis, we designed a wireless remote management system for monitoring and control of streetlamps. The system uses a low power, wireless network standard ZigBee to organize a streetlamp group network and starts operating GPRS station for the purpose of sending data to the central server. GPRS station includes an integrated GPRS and ZigBee modules, which serve as a data transfer node between a set of streetlamps and the central server. One of the interesting features of the developed system is enabling a Google Map function usage, in order to illustrate the lamp position and its real-time status.

The experimental results have showed that the design of our systems allows a successful signal transmission to a streetlamp with a help of a wireless network. In addition, the system introduces a flexible set of control management plan to send signal from central server to streetlamps. This thesis may be an object of interest for practitioners, since it introduces a framework of implementing a customized energy-saving plan for streetlamps.
