馬雲說「未來最大的能源不是石油,而是數據。未來的世界中,能夠掌控大數據的人,就能控制全球。」近年伺服器產業快速成長,雲端產業從中扮演關鍵角色,能夠協助企業與個人將資料數據儲存在雲端,再透過各式各樣的應用與商業模式產生出新的價值。第五代行動通訊5G 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project) 法規標準建立,準備邁向商業化,象徵著網際網路之後資訊產業的下一個黃金十年即將來到。
本論文以「質性研究法」 (Qualitative methods)中的個案研究法 (Case study)進行分析,第一階段研究伺服器產業的供應鏈關係,再利用次級資料分析全球伺服器市場主要成長需求的走向。第二階段則以個案公司為研究核心,研究方法採用由外而內,由上到下的方式進行,從產業的外部驅動因子與內部驅動因子兩個面向進行,應用不同的管理分析工具,探討個案公司在伺服器產業需求與供給關係,最後綜合所有的分析結果來制定出個案公司未來3~5年具有競爭優勢的產品研發策略技術藍圖,依照短、中、長期不同階段的產品規劃,有效分配公司研發資源,補足技術缺口,發展目標產品。作為個案公司後續面對5G新領域應用市場的策略規劃之參考。


Jack Ma said, "The biggest energy source in the future is not oil, but data. In the future world, those who can control big data will be able to control the world." In recent years, the server industry has grown rapidly, and the cloud industry plays a key role in it. Help enterprises and individuals store data in the cloud, and then generate new value through various applications and business models. The 5th generation mobile communication 5G 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project) regulations and standards have been established and are ready to be commercialized, symbolizing the coming of the next golden decade for the information industry after the Internet.
In this paper, the case study method in the "Qualitative methods" is used for analysis. The first stage studies the supply chain relationship of the server industry, and then uses secondary data to analyze the main growth needs of the global server market. direction. The second stage takes the case company as the research core. The research method is carried out from the outside to the inside and from the top to the bottom. It is carried out from the two aspects of the external driving factor and the internal driving factor of the industry. The relationship between the demand and supply of the server industry of the case company, and finally all the analysis results are combined to formulate the product development T-Plan that the case company will have a competitive advantage in the next 3 to 5 years. Effectively allocate the company's R&D resources, make up for technical gaps, and develop target products. As a reference for the case company's subsequent strategic planning for the application market in the new 5G field.
