摘要
隨著觸控面板的使用需求越來越多元，其技術趨勢也將因應不同的產品需求領域而有不同的方向。若在技術面和市場面皆掌握得宜，台灣觸控面板產業之廠商將可尋得藍海遨遊，避免激烈的價格血戰。故對處於全球化快速變動及競爭激烈經營環境的台灣觸控面板產業而言，技術創新策略是具有關鍵性的影響力。
在全球化的競爭時代下，企業要創造出技術領先的優勢及阻礙追隨者的加入競爭，取得專利權的保護是一種非常重要的手段。申請專利權的目的可能是預備自用、自行實施此項受保護的技術，或者是預備他用，期望能藉由技術轉讓、授權以獲取利益。
現今技術變化迅速，而且專利申請與維護的成本也相當昂貴，因此企業或研究單位需要思考專利該如何佈局，才能符合成本並且獲取最大的效益，包括就本身的定位與目標擬定專利申請的策略、選擇合適的佈局模式，進而實際操作專利佈局。本文將以F公司為例，探討他們如何針對目前市場上關於觸控面板技術的專利，開發出新的專利。

Abstract
Nowadays, along with the development and increasing needs for Touch Panel Product, the technology development trends are necessary to be utilized in different direction. Since the perspective technique and marketing are fairly-controlled, Touch Panel Companies in Taiwan are able to gain competitive advantage. For Taiwan Touch Panel Companies, technology innovation strategy is the main influence on this globally fast changing and competitive environment.
To get the patent is an important mean for enterprise to create the prior advanced technology and obstruct the followers entering the competition when we face global competition. The objective of applying patent may store up for future, execute the preserved patent or do other purposes. They expect to get the benefits by turning key and authority.
Because of the fast variety of technology and the costs of applying and maintaining patent, the enterprise or the research department need to consider how to arrange the patent that can balance between the costs and obtain the maximum benefit including the position of company, the strategy of applying patent, and choosing the appropriate arranged model to practice. The current research will explore how F-company can focus on the patent of touch panel technology to develop the new patent.
