  • Since last two decades, Information technology outsourcing (ITO) service rapid developed and becoming more famous and challenging research area. Recently an increasing number of companies that has outsourced the IT in the field of Mongolian software, security systems, network systems, e-commerce and digital multimedia for plenty of its benefits. Because of an increasing number of firms contemporary ITO scope is becoming greatly varied, with a wide amount of outsourcing arrangements. The research design demonstrates five chapters. This study approach has involved an interview and used a case study that based on Mongolian Distribution Company named Total Distribution LLC. In this research, the author investigated the impacts of social capital in IT outsourcing in case company. Also considered about a relationship between provider and client in IT outsourcing and finding is strengthening the relationship that developed between the outsourcing provider and client is key of successful outsourcing. This research compared some differentiation between nearshore provider and onshore provider companies. Some of the factors found to affect the degree of satisfaction with outsourcing are service quality. The result showed culture dimension is also important and plays a critical role in outsourcing function.
