台灣的電腦產業已經進入專業分工的時代,產品利潤不如以往豐渥,準系統製造商為求生存已將許多非關鍵技術之週邊產品,以對外採購的方式補其不足。而合適的供應商可以配合買方的生產策略適時的提供相關支援,並降低生產成本和提高產品品質。因此,選擇合適供應商對製造商生產線是否順暢、採購成本的多寡及對最終顧客之產品保證等保障均有重大的影響。
在供應商評選的過程中,製造商必須決定符合自身需求的評選準則來進行供應商評選,以評選出符合公司整體利益之合格供應商。故本研究利用因素分析法,對一些中高階主管進行供應商評選準則之問卷調查,結果萃取出重要的供應商評選準則,即品質、價格、交期、技術能力及產能等五項。此外,本研究利用層級分析法來決定五項準則的權重。接著,再對此五項評選準則發展字序法、串連法及並聯法等三種供應商評選方法來選擇合格供應商,並利用三種績效評估指標分析和比較這三種評選方法。
研究結果顯示,當製造商特別在意某幾項評選準則時,本研究建議使用字序法;若製造商在意供應商各項評選準則表現時,則建議使用串連法,因串連法所求解之合格供應商整體表現較為一致;若製造商想獲得較多合格供應商供其選擇時,則建議使用並聯法。最後,本研究以國內某知名準系統製造商為案例,驗證本研究三種評選方法之實務適用性。結果顯示,以串連法評選合格供應商之績效優於字序法與並聯法。
