  • 20世紀以來,各國家的經濟發展富裕舒適,汽車產業帶來的行動普及,車內空間於工作或出遊已儼然成為生活中僅次於家庭共同相處的第二空間,且數位影音的發展迅速,5G網路速率及AI智慧軟體搜尋輔助之下,使的車輛駕駛及乘客們在乘坐的同時,若遭遇塞車和長途跋涉,絕大多數的人亦選擇多媒體影音的聆聽用以放鬆心情以及減緩其等待時間的枯燥與無趣。
    藉此,本論文研究項目主架構以科技接受模式(TAM)為主軸,加上情緒勞務及服務價值性兩個構面來探討駕駛與乘客於車內空間內聆聽多媒體影音時使用車載APP的安全性與便利性,並探討可能影響分析的其他因素。而接受調查之駕駛人主要區分為兩大區塊:一為台灣地區內20歲以上至50歲之間的用車年齡層,二為亞大地區20歲以上至50歲之間的用車年齡層、並以Google電子問卷所回饋之方式總計1440份問卷,並使用以Smart PLS軟體計算來驗證含有至少兩個變數模型之可行性。
    經由模型分析調查結果顯示,原始TAM中的安全性與可及性,對長途駕駛人及乘客有顯著幫助,AI智慧軟體搜尋輔助能簡化實際操作方面的選項使用;並能優化其操作上的不便,降低危害的事故現象發生,並且可及性對實際操作上也有著顯著影響,簡化便利之搜尋介面有著其操作價值上的優勢,增加使用人意願。
    總結數據得知,易用型多媒體影音APP能夠讓駕駛或乘客願意使用且成效顯著,而影響其使用意願的條件例如:軟體操作易用性、影音多樣性等。本研究建議未來使用APP同時,可強化這些因素,以增加駕駛與乘客等人員之接受意願,以期能達到駕馭及乘坐時的生活樂趣。


    Since the 20th century, countries have experienced prosperity and comfort, and the mobility of the automobile industry has become popular. The space in the car for work or travel has become the second space in life after families to get along together, and the rapid development of digital audio and video. With the aid of 5G network speed and AI intelligent software search, the drivers and passengers of vehicles and passengers are riding while encountering traffic jams and long-distance journeys. Most people also choose multimedia audio-visual listening to relax and slow down their minds. The boring and boring waiting time.
    In this way, the main structure of the research project of this thesis takes the technology acceptance model (TAM) as the main axis, plus two aspects of emotional perception and service value to discuss the safety of driving and passengers using the on-board APP when listening to multimedia videos in the interior of the car. Sex and convenience, and explore other factors that may affect the analysis. The drivers surveyed are mainly divided into two major areas: one is the 20-50 age group in Taiwan area and the other is the 20-50 age group in Asia area. A total of 1440 questionnaires were returned by Google electronic questionnaires, and calculated with Smart PLS software to verify the feasibility of the model containing at least two variables.
    The model analysis and survey results show that the safety and accessibility in the original TAM are of great help to long-distance drivers and passengers. AI intelligent software search assistance can simplify the use of options in actual operation; and can optimize its inconvenience in operation, The occurrence of accidents that reduce harm occurs, and accessibility also has a significant impact on actual operation. The simplified and convenient search interface has its advantage in operational value and increases the willingness of users.
    The summary data shows that the easy-to-use multimedia audio-visual APP can make drivers or passengers willing to use and have significant results, and the conditions that affect their willingness to use such as: ease of software operation, audio-visual diversity, etc. This study suggests that the future use of APP can strengthen these factors to increase the willingness of drivers and passengers to accept, so as to achieve the joy of life when driving and riding.
