With the development of globalization, the market environment and needs for consumers are facing intense changes. Since the corporations are facing more complex business environment, they have to cultivate better competitive ability to cope with the turbulence of market variation and it relies on the daily accumulation to accelerate their competition advantages. However, within limit resources, the corporations are facing the dilemma of choosing long term development or targeting the existing customers. In this case, knowing how to mediate conflicts and contradiction becomes the priority for the corporation. Ambidexterity here provides the solution and becomes the key to survival.
The case study here adopts the principles of ambidexterity to design four modes of paradox balance: Identify and Reconfiguration, Consensus, Trade off, Resources Orchestration. The modes here serve the role of helping organizations balance the development conflict by setting the long-term market goals and exploring potential customers. Last, we expect to use the ambidexterity system helping the organization face the development paradox, handling internal competitions and cultivate sensitivities for market development.
