  • 本研究旨在探討羅拉式梳棉機所生產棉網之均勻性,進行學理上系統建模及控制系統分析與設計,實務建制與並進行驗證。可分為學理及實務驗證兩部份。
    學理上首先建立羅拉式梳棉機動態系統數學模型,其整體系統作用區域分三大部分,分別為輸入部分(喂棉羅拉、喂棉板)、主體梳理部分(錫林、兩組分梳-剝取羅拉、一組針布剝取羅拉與道夫)、輸出部分(道夫),系統輸出入為每單位面積之棉網質量流率。主要以羅拉式梳棉機上的錫林作為分析的對象,利用主體梳理組運轉達到穩態時,棉網在錫林連續梳棉的原理,推導出整體羅拉式梳棉機之轉移函數,並進行控制系統分析,首先運用古典控制,利用回授系統理論,設計比例積分(PI)控制器,使系統輸出響應達到控制目標,達成改善輸出之棉網均勻性之要求;再運用現代控制理論,依據推導之數學模型之狀態空間表示法進行分析,設計狀態回授觀測器與狀態回授積分(I)控制器,達成改善輸出棉網均勻性之要求。最後利用模型預測控制理論,依據最佳化函數,找出最佳的權重值,並分別調整控制區間決定控制訊號輸入與調整預測區間決定響應輸出,證明能有效達到控制目標,達成最佳化棉網均勻性之要求。
    實務驗證上,經由實驗驗證得知系統之道夫經由光纖感測器量測,其輸出響應呈現穩定且具延遲現象,棉花纖維在羅拉式梳棉機之道夫輸出結果,會產生造成輸出棉網不均勻之現象,最後利用羅拉式梳棉機機台實驗,進行線上即時控制,利用光纖感測器量測棉網輸出,將量得之訊號利用放大器轉為電壓值,經由機電回授系統,驗證實際量測輸出與數學模型理論模擬之輸出,驗證本系統學理上建模上之建模方法知正確性與學理上之控制方法可以應用在實際羅拉式梳棉機系統,提升梳棉網之均勻性。


    The purpose of this study is the controller design analysis and verification of cotton fiber uniformity for roller carding machine. This study can be divided into theoretical method and experimental verification.
    For theoretical method, the mass flow per unit area of cotton could be considered as input and output, and then roller carding machine of mathematical model of dynamic system could be established. When the cotton fiber is carded by the main cylinder and the main cylinder run at steady-state, the second-order system transfer function of roller carding machine can be derived. First, we used classical control and feedback control theory to design PI controller, the simulation result could achieve control objectives, making the output of cotton web uniformly. Second, modern control theory was applied to set control properties for designing state feedback observer and state feedback I controller. This may also result in improving the output of cotton web uniformly. Last the model prediction control theory was adopted to find the weighting value based on the cost function. By adjusting the control horizon and predicted horizon, the future control trajectory and future output response could be obtained, respectively, the simulation results of response reveal that the output roller carding machine can meet the design goals and achieve the target of uniform cotton web.
    Finally, from experimental verification, we know that output response of carding system has stable and delay phenomenon.When cotton fiber carded by roller carding, it could be non-uniform. So by experimental verification, the real-time control on-line work and fiber-optic sensor was built to measure the output of cotton web. The measure feedback signal was compared to the actual measured value, the result that the theoretical signal value and actual measure output are similar, the conclusion reveal that control theory in this study can applied to roller carding machine, experiment result also proved that this research can enhance the uniformity of cotton web.
