  • 當傳統保險無法滿足客戶需求時,數位科技就顯得至關重要。由於台灣近年來開放了開放銀行功能,因此連帶了保險業正在迅速轉變為數位網路渠道。這項研究調查了國內外相關純網路保險的資料,並檢查了客戶在純網路保險中的決策。本研究以寵物保險和旅行保險為例,目的是了解新保險中客戶對網路保險風險的接受程度,並是否能接受數位技術導入保險業。
    本研究導入技術接受模型(TAM)、資安防護程度、個資隱密性以及消費價值理論,來探討使用者對新保險態度和行為意圖的感知影響。這項研究問卷收集了379名有效受訪者。研究結果顯示,消費者的感知有用性和消費價值與使用該技術的態度呈正相關,並且使用該技術的態度會影響該技術的使用行為意圖。
    本研究結果發現,寵物保險和旅行保險的結果可以擴展到整個保險業,有助於金融保險公司滿足消費者的需求,優化網路線保險界面,並改善新保險的法規,這將對保險業產生重大影響,為保險業帶來不同的氣象,以增強客戶使用和購買新保險的意願。


    Digital technology plays a significant role as traditional insurance could no longer satisfy customers’ needs. Due to the opening up of Open Banking in Taiwan, the insurance industry has also been influenced and kick-started the transformation of digital network channel. This research aims to investigate the Neo Insurers information regarding the domestic and international market, as well as look into customers’ decision-making process within Neo Insurers.
    The research uses pet insurance and travel insurance to dig into a deeper understanding of the acceptable level of customers using neo insurance on the risk of digital insurance. In addition, to test whether it is applicable to shift insurance industry into digital channels.
    This research imports Technology Acceptance Model, Information Security Ranking, Confidential Personal Information, and Consumption Value Theory to examine the perceive impact of users attitude and behavioral intention on Neo Insurance. In total, 319 valid respondents participated in the survey research. The results showed that the perceived usefulness has a positive correlation with consumption value and attitude toward the use of technology. The attitude toward the use of technology also has a significant impact on the behavioral intention of the use of the technology.
    The research findings show that the outcome of pet insurance as well as the travel insurance can be extended into the insurance industry, which is beneficial for banking and insurance business to meet customers needs, and to optimize the interface of neo insurance, as well as to upgrade the regulations of neo insurance. This will not only affect the insurance industry significantly, but also enhance the willingness of customers towards purchasing and applying the neo insurance.
