  • 隨著科技技術的蓬勃發展,近年內無論在報章雜誌,或者新聞報導,常常圍繞著工業4.0與企業永續經營指標這二個重大的議題;在全球世界各國針對這二大議題紛紛響應制定一系列相關的政策與發展方向的同時,臺灣許多的資通訊產業相關的公司亦步亦趨投入人力、物力,開發出其相關的產品,藉以提高國際市場競爭力。
    本研究目標為提出物聯網市場的發展策略,透過總體環境掃描的產業分析、競爭者和上下游的五力分析、公司的強弱分析,檢視個案公司內外部資源分析與技術規劃,找出適合個案公司未來發展,並符合企業永續經營指標趨勢之綠色設計概念的物聯網產品,因應未來世界發展潮流。
    在研究過程中,首先先透過市場研調機構得到次級資料,並進行分析,選定具有潛力的市場,規劃產品類型與方向;並透過內部強弱分析檢視公司內部資源,包含必須投入的人力、物力與金流,公司投入新市場的技術缺口與解決對策,以及外在可能的發展機會與潛在可能的威脅,擬定公司短、中、長期的技術策略藍圖與產品規劃,使物聯網產品成為個案公司未來明星產品,成為公司獲利引擎之一。
    本研究以個案公司為例,擬定一個符合物聯網市場研發的發展策略,並結合目前企業永續經營指標的議題,導入符合企業永續經營指標之綠色產品設計的元素,將可成為個案公司另一創新產品發展方向,讓個案公司有新的獲利引擎和在市場中具備永續經營的競爭力。


    With the vigorous development of technology in recent years, whether in newspapers, magazines, or news reports, the two major issues of Industry 4.0 and ESG have often revolved around; While countries around the world are responding to and formulating a series of relevant policies and development directions for these two significant issues, many companies in Taiwan's information and communication industry are also investing workforce and material resources to develop their related products, to improve their international market competitiveness.
    This study aims to propose development strategies for the Internet of Things market. Through PEST industry analysis, competitor and upstream/downstream five forces analysis, and company SWOT analysis, the internal and external resource analysis and technical planning of the case company are examined to identify IoT products that are suitable for the future development of the case company and comply with the ESG trend's green design concept, to adapt to future world development trends.
    In the research process, first, obtain secondary data through market research institutions, analyze them, select potential markets, and plan product types and directions; through internal SWOT analysis, examine the company's internal resources, including the necessary human, material, and financial resources to be invested, the company's technological gaps and solutions in new markets, as well as potential external development opportunities and threats. Develop the company's short, medium, and long-term technical strategy blueprint and product plan, making IoT products the future star products of the case company and one of the company's profit engines.
    This study uses the case company as an example to develop a development strategy that aligns with the research and development of the Internet of Things market. Combined with current ESG issues, introducing elements that are in line with ESG green product design will become another innovative product development direction for the case company, providing new profit opportunities and competitiveness for sustainable operation in the market.
