面對日益嚴峻的環境和能源問題,低碳建築生態設計顯然已成爲建築設計發展的 重要方向。隨著建築設計方法的不斷更新改進,傳統“處方式”設計方法不足以滿足 現代建築更理性化、自然化和多功能的需求,而“基於性能化”的建築設計方法的出 現和完善在融合經濟、環境、資源、空間使用等維度上為維護建築生命週期和構築物 設計提供有效的執行策略,從而使建築從功能到性能與現代環境回應並協調發展,達 到可持續發展的目的。
本文通過文獻回顧和案例分析,闡述性能化設計策略的基本概念和工作模式,分 析主動式建築與被動式建築在性能化上的設計特點,以此提出對應的一般策略。通過 使用因素、技術工具、功能要求、性能要素、細部設計五大面嚮具體提出基本策略, 二者共同構成性能化建築設計策略的具體內容。再用競圖實際操作來驗證設計策略, 從而爲日後建築設計提供新的可運行範式,推動建築設計建造研究和專業變革。


Facing increasingly severe environmental and energy problems, the ecological design of low-carbon buildings has obviously become an important direction for the development of architectural design. With the continuous updating and improvement of architectural design methods, the traditional "processing method" design method is not enough to meet the needs of modern buildings to be more rational, natural and multi-functional, and the appearance and improvement of "performance-based" architectural design methods are merging The economy, environment, resources, space use and other dimensions provide effective execution strategies for maintaining the building life cycle and structure design, so that the building can respond and coordinate development with the modern environment from function to performance to achieve the goal of sustainable development. In this paper, through literature review and case analysis, the basic concepts and working modes of performance-based design strategies are elaborated, and the design characteristics of active and passive buildings in terms of performance are analyzed, and corresponding general strategies are proposed. Through the use of factors, technical tools, functional requirements, performance factors, and detailed design, the five basic aspects of the specific strategy are proposed, and the two together constitute the specific content of the performance-based architectural design strategy. Then use the actual operation of competitive drawings to verify the design strategy, so as to provide a new operational paradigm for future architectural design, and promote architectural design and construction research and professional reform.
