本論文主要是利用芳香族親核性取代反應合成 sulfonated poly(aryl ether ether ketone ketone)s (EKs) 和 sulfonated poly(aryl ether ether ketone ketone ketone)s (EKKs),依含磺酸基單體與非含磺酸基單體進料比例合成出不同磺酸化程度的高分子電解質膜,測試其熱性質、吸濕率、氧化安定性、離子交換能力、質子傳導度及甲醇滲透率等。由實驗結果發現,吸濕率、質子傳導度及甲醇滲透率皆會隨著磺酸基含量增加而增加。含高磺酸基的高分子電解質膜比Nafion 117成本低並且有較好的吸濕率、質子傳導度及低甲醇滲透率,但其氧化及水解安定性較不理想。
Two series of sulfonated poly(aryl ether ether ketone kteone)s (EKs) and sulfonated poly(aryl ether ether ketone kteone ketone)s (EKKs) were synthesized via aromatic nucleophilic substitution polymerization. The sulfonation content (SC) was controlled by the freed ratios of sulfonated and nonsulfonated monomers. The properties of the thermal properties, water uptake, oxidative stability, ion exchange capacity , proton conductivity and methanol permeability of the polymer electrolyte films were fully investigated. The experimental result finds that the water uptake, proton conductivity and methanol permeability of the polymer electrolyte films would increase with increase sulfonation content. The polymer electrolyte films with high sulfonation degree have good water uptake, high proton conductivity and low methanol permeability compared with Nafion 117 and low cost. But the high sulfonated polymer possessed poor stability of oxidation and hydrolysis.
