  • 進出口貿易批發商常夾於客戶與工廠之中,為了滿足客戶的需求,必須預先存貨於倉庫以備不時之需,避免斷貨或是工廠無預警的延遲,甚或是國與國之間的貿易衝突,提早準備可將損失最小化。

    本個案係研究傳統家具進口公司在遇到08年金融風暴後逐漸從批發轉型為網路銷售為主後的採購策略改變及調整,產品從少樣多量變成少量多樣,雖然營業額逐年提升,但庫存水平也逐步提升,造成庫存周轉率從2014年7.4次到2018年5.3次,此研究主要是利用各種簡單時間序列的數學模型預測需求來制定適合此公司的採購基礎模型,搭配EOQ與EIQ分析還有ABC分類來選擇產品,使庫存降低、周轉率提高。


    Importer is getting weakness nowadays who has to invest much effort to meet customer’s demand , to prepare safety inventory in case of any circumstances of out of stock and to avoid procrastination by manufacturer or the trade war in between the countries.
    The case is studying in regard to the transformation of the tradition furnishing importer after Financial crisis in 2008 , how to adjust and make an appropriate strategy of purchasing from retailing to online selling,the products are becoming less volume but diversity ,it caused the inventory level is getting higher than past years despite the sales revenue is also increasing. The warehousing utilization is down to 5.3 times in 2018 from 7.4 times in 2014,the study is applied different simple mathematic models of time series to analyze which one is the most competitive way in order to reduce the chance of out of stock and improve warehousing utilization by ABC classification as well as using EOQ、EIQ。
