人口老化已經是世界各個國家所面臨的問題,在人口成長的預估結果中,全球人口成長率開始趨緩,且老年人口歷年增加,依據2017年國際失智症協會(Alzheimer’s Disease International, ADI)的資料,平均約每3秒就有老人罹患失智症,目前醫療技術尚無方法治療失智症,但有研究發現可以透過玩遊戲來促使大腦思考,預防阿茲海默症也可以促進社交活動。
自2000年以來國際上麻將賽事越來越盛行,本論文主要是提出方法來有效辨識桌面上任意角度並排與分散的麻將牌,並期望能將麻將辨識與人工智慧結合,讓玩家可以與電腦對打,也期望能將麻將辨識系統與麻將賽事結合,即時分析選手們出牌的招術。


Population aging has been a worldwide problem already. In a prediction of population growth, the growth rate starts to decrease, and the aging population starts to increase each year.
According to the 2017 Alzheimer’s Disease International(ADI), an elderly would get dementia on an average of 3 seconds. There is currently no cure for dementia in medical technology, but studies have found that it would be possible to prevent Alzheimer, promoting thinking ability and social activity by playing games.
Since 2000, international Mahjong competition has become more and more popular. This thesis mainly proposes the method to effectively identify the scattered Mahjong tiles which being side by side at any angle on the desktop. It is expected to combine the method with artificial intelligence, make it possible for players to play with computers. It is also expected to combine the method with the Mahjong competition to analyze the players instantly.
